Pricing questions
Is it really per location?
Yes. One bar, one subscription. If you run five venues you pay for five, and volume discounts start at five locations — get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What happens after the trial?
You get 14 days with everything on the Growth plan and no card on file. At the end you pick a plan or your data sits there untouched until you do. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel whenever. Annual billing charges for ten months and gives you twelve, but that's a choice, not a lock-in.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No. PourPoint runs on the phone your staff already carry. A Bluetooth scale improves accuracy on open bottles and we can point you at one, but nothing about the product requires it.
What if I only want the counting, not the reports?
That's Starter. It's a genuinely faster stocktake and plenty of venues stay there. Most move up once they want to know where the stock went, because that's what the variance report answers.
How does this compare on price?
Comparable products run $165–$400 per location per month, and several require an equipment purchase or charge a per-count service fee on top. We are deliberately below that, with nothing to buy.
