Terms of service

PourPoint provides beverage inventory and variance reporting software, delivered over the web. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it happens.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by users you invite.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and you must not use PourPoint for anything unlawful.

Subscriptions are charged per location, per month, in advance. Annual plans are charged in advance for the year.

Trials are free and require no card. We will not start charging you without you choosing a plan.

You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. We do not refund part-months, but we also do not lock you into a contract.

Prices can change with 30 days' notice. Any change applies from your next renewal, never mid-term.

Your operational data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and will not use it for anything other than providing the service.

You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy page for detail.

We may use aggregated, fully anonymised statistics — for example, average pour cost across all venues — to improve the product. Nothing identifying your business is ever included.

PourPoint reports on the data you give it. It cannot know about a delivery you did not log or a recipe you did not enter, and its output is only as accurate as its inputs.

Variance figures are an analytical tool, not proof of wrongdoing. Do not take action against a member of staff on the basis of a report alone — check the recipe, check the invoices, and re-count first.

PourPoint is not accounting software and its output is not a substitute for your accountant.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of a report.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using PourPoint whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully or that is not paid for, and we will tell you why.

After closure your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
